Returns and Refunds
At REXPRESS S.R.L., every floral arrangement is custom-made to order and therefore non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please contact us at support@deliverose.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged arrangement.
Replacement Policy
- Eligibility for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. There is no need to return the original arrangement.
- Replacement Process: Once the damage is confirmed, we will promptly send a replacement arrangement, free of charge, including the cost of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you receive a fresh and perfect floral arrangement as quickly as possible.
- Non-Refundable Items: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds. However, in cases where we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

- Time Frame for Reporting Issues: Customers must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this time frame may not be eligible for a replacement.
