At DELIVERO EXPRESS Kft., each of our floral arrangements is custom-made to order, which means they are exempt from being returned or refunded once the order has been processed. However, if you received an arrangement that was damaged during transit, we are here to help.
Please contact us at support@deliverose.com with photos of the damaged item as soon as possible. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging, packed the same way as when it was delivered. If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not offer refunds, except in cases where we are unable to provide a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on any floral arrangements unless they arrive damaged.
Time Frame: If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate requests for replacements. Shipping Costs: In the event that a return is approved (only in cases of damage or defect), the customer may be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If approved, a new arrangement will be sent out, and you will receive confirmation via email.
